EPISODE 336: AZIKIWEE ANDERSON
/Azikiwee Anderson is so much more than the founder of Rize Up Bakery, San Francisco’s only Black-owned artisanal sourdough bakery. Sure, that’s what he does now, and it was born out of the social unrest that was going on in 2020, and it’s growing fast. But before Zeke was the face of the bakery, he was a pro inline skater, a company owner, an event organizer, and a judge at events like the X-Games and Gravity Games. He was the mature voice of reason in a sport that was way too young for its own good. On the podcast, we talk about growing up homeless and on welfare, his many unexpected after-school activities, finding skating, going pro, and so much more.
